He/ She should be well conversant with Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, Contract Management and compliance related activities. Candidate should be able to liaison with statutory authorities for Industrial Relations/ Human Resource matters. Candidate should be well aware of trends in the area of compensation & benefit. Computer literacy, good communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English and Hindi are essential. Knowledge of reading, writing and speaking Gujarati would be highly desirable.
